If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to consult our refund and return policy.

The following terms apply to all products you have purchased from us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words whose first letter is capitalized have definite meanings under the following conditions. The following definitions will have the same meaning whether they appear in the singular or plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Bedlock .
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders signify a request from you to purchase Goods from us.
  • Service refers to the website.
  • Website refers to Bedlock , accessible from bed-lock.com
  • YOU refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your order cancellation rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without having to give a reason.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date you received the Goods or from the date a third party you have designated, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will issue your refund no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this refund.

Return conditions

For the Goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
  • The goods are in their original packaging.
  • The product is unused and undamaged.
  • The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods manufactured to your specifications or clearly customized.
  • The supply of goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, which deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date has passed.
  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been opened after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the aforementioned return conditions at our sole discretion.

Furthermore, please note that we do not accept returns of identical orders more than once.

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, items on sale are not refundable. This exclusion may not apply if not permitted by applicable law.

Return of goods

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable postal service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return shipment.
