Ordering methods:
Every order placed on the bed-lock.com website constitutes an offer to purchase . After selecting the products, the customer adds them to their shopping cart and then confirms their order. Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer, and the order will be considered valid upon receipt of payment.
Delivery:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and are displayed at checkout. Bedlock aims to process orders within 1-2 days. Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during transit. In case of any issues, the customer should contact the carrier.
If a package is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe or is marked as lost by the carrier, the customer must inform us as soon as possible. Bedlock will take the necessary steps depending on the situation.
Right of withdrawal:
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalties.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging . You will be responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product.
In the event of a defective product, Bedlock will cover the return shipping costs.
